You have to look for it!). You are not likely to get a reply if you just enter 'I don't know' to these requests.

A Photo attachment of the appliance would be a good visual aid. It would help to bring to memory important points that may otherwise be overlooked.

The age of the appliance is also important becaise cirtain things do wear over a period of time.
