a clear account of what the problems (symptoms) are. The more information you include, the easier it will be for me to
identify possible causes.
Explain fully what the appliance is doing and what it's not doing.
Include appliance Brand (Hotpoint, Hoover, Zanussi, etc.), Type (Washing Machine,
Dishwasher, Tumble Dryer, etc.) and Model no. (not spin speed! The spin speed is more prominent than the model no. You have to look for it!). You are not likely to get a reply if you just enter 'I don't know' to these requests.
